For Alcon Marine Engineering I oversaw the feasibility study for the 3D modeling of a severely damaged hull, to be reconstructed and modified starting from a point cloud obtained through scanning. I performed modeling tests directly on the point cloud and generated the surfaces using various 3D data processing software.
